Teachers Mutual Bank: Implemented a high-performance, block-based frontend architecture using AEM Franklin (EDS), achieving 90–95 mobile Lighthouse scores across key pages. Designed and delivered a multi-brand theming system using a single codebase, supported by a design token utility that auto-generated SCSS variables from Figma exports.
PwC RAG AI (DEPT POC): Built an AEM React.js landing page POC as the initial engagement deliverable, establishing the project's frontend foundation and component architecture. Designed and built a Figma-to-AEM AI pipeline using Figma's MCP server and VS Code Copilot, automating full component and page generation directly from Figma designs with no manual scaffolding. Phase 1 — Led a Drupal-to-AEM migration, rebuilding marketing and transactional pages with full feature parity (select modules preserved, others revamped) in under 3 months with zero disruption to live traffic. Delivered 75%+ performance improvement, +11% SEO, +10% organic CTR, and +17% mobile traffic.
