Phase one was a Drupal to AEM migration: marketing and transactional pages rebuilt with full feature parity in under 3 months, with zero disruption to live traffic. The site was designed from scratch around a reusable content model: Content Fragments and Experience Fragments for shared content such as FAQs, the header and footer, and rate tables that HDFC's vendors also used, with context-aware global variables updating rates across the whole site from one place. Content updates went from 6 hours to under 30 minutes, a 12x improvement for the content team.
Phase two followed HDFC Ltd.'s merger into HDFC Bank: a full theme overhaul, content updates across the platform, design revamps to key pages, and new modules built under the unified brand.
Across both phases, this included financial calculators (EMI and others) with validation logic, and the lead-generation forms used across the banking pages.
